Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to future invoices.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to all Pro features. When it ends, you can choose to subscribe or your account will automatically switch to the free Starter plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund — no questions asked.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. On yearly billing, Pro drops from $29 to $24 per seat per month (a 17% saving) and Enterprise from $99 to $79 per seat per month (a 20% saving). The discount is automatically applied when you select the yearly billing option.
What payment methods do you accept?
The template ships no payment processing. Which payment methods you offer depends on the billing provider you connect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
